Refund policy

At LS Perfumery we only allow replacement or returns for product(s) with manufacturing defects or damage due to delivery. Such issues need to be reported to us within 24 hrs. of receiving your product(s) with sufficient proof on info@lsperfumery.com. After verification of such claims, and approval, we will replace the product(s) or refund the amount to your original payment source with 7-10 working days.
